The dining room is the heart of the Hall. Three meals per day are provided and the Hall takes pride in its home-style meals, which have a range of choices. Arrangements may be made for vegetarian and other dietary requirements.

There are several theme and formal dinners held throughout the year.

In 2010 the kitchen and servery area were extensively modernised to incorporate plasma screens for communication and servery areas to complement the excellent food available.
