Governing BodyRochester and Rutherford Hall is a not-for-profit independent Hall. Members of its Executive Council are appointed by the Rochester and the Rutherford Hall Trusts, together with the President of the Rochford Students’ Association. StaffThe Hall has a resident Principal, a Bursar and a House Manager, seven cleaning staff, a Maintenance Officer, four Residential Tutors, and two part-time Chaplains. The catering is contracted to Alliance Catering. Principal: Stephen Kissick ScholarshipsThe Hall awards four scholarships, currently $1,500 each in value, to first-year students based on performance in Year 13 and their involvement in either community leadership, sporting leadership or cultural leadership. Scholarships may also be awarded to returning residents on the basis of academic performance and service to the Hall. The Rutherford Hall Board Community Service Award is awarded annually to acknowledge community service to the Hall. The Rutherford Hall Art Award recognises the most outstanding piece of artwork by a current Hall student.
